Abstract: This item is part of a series of letters, telegrams, and notes relating to people who came to do research at the Bass lab. This letter to John F. Bass Jr. is from Hugh H. Darby, who visited the lab on several occasions and did work in biochemistry. The letter references Darby's wish to buy property in Florida, and John F. Bass Jr.'s son Johnny's encounter with Darby in New York.
